Proprietary Techniques
Response [Product]
Our end-to-end NPD (New Product Development) support system provides feedback on new products and concept development from first concepts through all developmental stages to final assessment of actual market potential, including volumetric sales predictions.
Concept Screening
A simple, quick and affordable method for screening a large number of initial concepts in order to identify those worth developing. The methodology is primarily quantitative, and incorporates both comparative and monadic evaluations. It also includes semi-qualitative diagnostics. The method is insensitive to the number and character of the concepts.
Concept Optimization
Our concept optimization methodology is most useful when your products have several important features and your task is to find out how to combine them in order to achieve the optimum product for your customers. We use cutting-edge adaptive choice-based conjoint methodology which operates on the level of each respondent and provides instant solutions to all relevant prediction, simulation and optimization tasks.
Concept Development
In the process of developing and fine-tuning your concepts, we can provide you with suggestions and feedback from qualitative research focused on improving your ideas at the developmental phase. In-depth interviews are preferred to focus groups in order to maximize the utility of the information gained.
Market Potential Predictions
Our technique for evaluating developed products or final versions of concepts focuses primarily on quantitative (volumetric) prediction of the future market success of the products tested. The method uses fuzzy logical schemes that eliminate discrepancies in respondents' answers caused by different personal linguistic interpretation of the scales used (in general, there is no clear connection between the declared and real behavior of respondents). The Response [PRODUCT] tests are not simple evaluations of stimuli based on one-dimensional characteristics, which can be misleading, but entail complex analysis and prediction of the future success of the tested concept.
